  I visited this office at the new location of: 10805 Hickory Ridge Road Suite 201 Columbia, MD 21044 I would give this practice zero stars if the opportunity presented. I called to schedule an appointment for an evaluation for routine migraine appointments. Even before my appointment began, there were a few red flags. Although the latest isn't always the greatest, this office does not offer digital paperwork. I had to wait for my paperwork to arrive via mail, fill it out, and bring it to my appointment. Although my appointment was scheduled well over a month in advance, no attempts to reach me via text, phone, email, or mail were made to confirm the appointment date and time. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a rather dingy, unkept waiting room. The two receptionists made no effort for any excuse of a greeting. Furthermore, as I stood at the front desk to sign a HIPPA form, the two ladies made casual conversation of complaints about other patients of the office. I called my fiance to explain my experience thus far, "I think I'm just going to leave... ." Just as I was about to leave, "Dr. Li" appeared; once again, no greeting. I was brought into his disheveled office of random paperwork and "junk". I briefly expressed my dissatisfaction with the reception staff, explaining that I was just about to leave; he shrugged. He then proceeded to ask me questions regarding the details of my migraines; on several instances, he asked me the same questions multiple times. In addition, he interrupted me several times, "let's go back to ... ." Next, Dr. Li instructed me to complete several tasks, such as walking a straight line, balancing on one foot, touching my fingers to my nose, etc. Dr. Li asked me to have a seat at his desk once again. He then proceeded to "diagnose" me with pseudotumor celebrum and provided me with a referral to the hydrocephalus clinic at Sinai "to have a drain installed." (WHAT?!) I began with questions, but was informed that any further information would be provided by the hydrocephalus clinic. I was promptly dismissed. As I arrived outside, I frantically googled the diagnosis for more information. Disregarding symptoms, the prevalent population to have pseudotumor celebrum are white females of childbearing age, whom are typically overweight. Coincidentally, I meet all criteria. I will certainly be scheduling with another neurologist for a second opinion; and be sure to advise others AGAINST this practice.
